We are inspired by the nature around us and outdoor areas we experienced throughout Europe. Our current home base is in Iceland.
about the SAGE gardeners
She is a social pedagogue and social worker, with joy in hiking, yoga, dance, gardening, cooking, recycling and other creative actions and activities. Through self educating, internships & courses continuously developing knowledge gained at university, focusing on social work, outdoor education and creative crafts. Has been working with children, youth and teachers using experiential education methods.
He is a craftman, creator, organiser of art events, self taught carpenter and gardener enjoying the outdoors, yoga, dance and recently capoeira. Since 1994 he designs and makes wooden toys from icelandic wood in his own workshop ‚Stubbur‘. He has taught green design and creative workshops at all school levels, from playschool to university, and also realizing training programmes for people of all abilities.
